The Career Leadership Program is a six-month rotational training program that provides the opportunity to see all three of our business units as well as other areas of the organization.

The intent behind this robust training program is for Career Leadership graduates to move into a Production Supervisor position after completing their six-month program.

Rotation Details

Team members will rotate through the majority of our plant locations. This allows participants to see the day-to-day operations but also gain insight into how our facilities depend on each other. Team members will meet with various departments under shared services and start building internal relationships while gaining an understanding in their Production Supervisor role.

Location Placement

Around the three-month mark of the program, team members will participate in a Signing Day event. At the end of this event, participants will be selected by a specific facility team and location. At this point, CLP team members will join their new facility operations team for the remainder of the program, continuing periodically with leadership and business development sessions in NWA until graduation. After graduation, they will be full-time in their new role as a Production Supervisor.

Salary

The annual gross salary is $55,000 plus benefits. After successful completion of the program, the team member will receive a 10% salary increase with a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 120 days. The benefits package includes participation in the Annual Incentive Program which includes a 10% yearly bonus potential and two weeks of vacation.
